Preparing for Employment
Four focused one-to-one sessions to work out where you want to go, what you’re worth, and how to get there — personal, private, and paced around you.
People who want dedicated 1:1 support
Returning to work after a break, injury, illness, or a big life change, and wanting focused, individual attention rather than a group setting. A safe space to get clear and rebuild confidence.
Four sessions, just for you
Four 90-minute one-to-one sessions covering direction, confidence, knowing your worth, and a practical plan to move toward the work you want. Everything is tailored to your situation.
Pathway to Employment
A six-week programme that combines the encouragement of a group with the focus of individual support — building confidence, direction, and real employment-readiness together.
People who thrive with others alongside them
If you do better with a bit of community — people in the same boat, sharing the journey — the group format adds encouragement and momentum, with one-to-one time so nothing personal gets missed.
Six weeks, group + one-to-one
Group sessions over six weeks, with individual support woven through — building confidence, direction, and the practical steps to get back into work. Encouraging, structured, and real.
Proven where it counts.

Referrers are welcome to make contact directly too.
