Anchor — Where am I right now?
Something’s stuck, and you’re just not getting where you want — fast enough, or at all. So we take a proper look at where things are right now: what’s working, what’s not, and where your energy’s going. Sometimes seeing it all laid out is the relief you didn’t know you needed.
Uncover — What’s keeping me stuck?
This is the mindset work. We catch the stories you’ve been telling yourself — “who am I to charge for this,” “I’m not ready yet,” “I’ll start once it’s all perfect” — and look at the beliefs, fears and old habits underneath them. The patterns that keep tripping you up, often without you even noticing. Once you can see them for what they are, you can start to shift them.
Align — What am I really working toward?
Here’s where we step back and look at the bigger picture — not just what you want, but what you truly believe is possible for you. Because a lot of us aim small without realising it, quietly settling for less than we actually want. So we get clear on where you’re really headed and the beliefs underneath it — so we lean our ladder on the right wall.
Build — What do I need to get there?
You’ve probably already got more than you give yourself credit for. So first we take stock of all the pieces — what you know, who you know, what you’ve built and what you’re known for — in your business, your career and your life. Then we build up the areas that need it, and back yourself to use the lot — without the doubt and fear getting in the way.
Activate — What’s my next step?
Then we get you moving. We work out simple plans together — daily and weekly to-dos — so you can just get on with it, day by day. And because we’ve already worked through what was holding you back, you’ve got the understanding and the tools to handle any doubts that pop up down the track. You don’t need to feel ready first — you get going, and the confidence comes with it.
